You probably have at least a dozen good reasons for wanting to attend a Florida Golf School. Hopefully most of those are related to your golf instruction and the career that you hope to be able to get after you graduate. However, you should also consider the fact that there are a lot of fun things to do in your off-school hours if you go to school in Florida.

The most obvious choice for extracurricular fun in Florida is to visit the famous theme parks and amusement parks in Orlando. Disney World is a land that is fun for people of all ages. If you’ve never been there, you might not realize that it also includes Animal Kingdom and Epcot Center. Nearby Universal Studios is also sure to keep you entertained with lots of fun.

Once you’ve exhausted the rides and games at those places, though, you should check out some of the other Florida attractions that aren’t to be missed. If you have a long weekend away from the Academy of Golf, take a drive down to the Everglades or the Florida Keys. Go dancing at a nightclub in Miami. Or check out the race tracks of Daytona Beach. We all know the story about "all work and no play" so make sure to have some fun while you’re getting your education.
