From Hardship to Opportunity

Michaels’ family never had luck with success. At times so destitute, they even had to depend on him to bring in some income. This seriously interfered with schoolwork and Michael had to drop out of high school in the tenth grade. It certainly wasn’t that he didn’t want to learn or wasn’t driven to succeed. Helping support his mom and two sisters brought some sense of accomplishment. As time went by, Michael wondered what he would do with his life. Knowing he was capable of managing financial affairs, Michael could pursue business admin programs out there that could provide him with the education he needed.
Residing not too far away in St. Louis, Michael’s family fully supported his endeavors to attend Sanford Brown College in Hazelwood MO. His mom realized, out of all the kids in the neighborhood, he seemed to have the most drive and intelligence that could get him to succeed. The journey, of course, was only beginning. The school offered an opportunity for so many to have the chance to succeed. Now Michael would get the education he needed, and could find his way into the business world and excel at any career choice he would make in the field.
